I’ve always found regular hotel booking platforms so frustrating - using them just feels like a job that has to be done, but with Hotel Please I find myself scrolling and browsing because it’s really enjoyable! The app curates all the best hotels in a city based on my taste and preferences, and gives me all these fun details that regular platforms never provide (design, heritage and local significance). I feel like I’m browsing an editorial magazine and learning the inside scoop on each place instead of wrangling a slow booking website. Problem is, I find myself wanting to travel a lot more when using this app…

First of all, it’s rare for an app to be so beautiful yet also actually works well. Everything on the app looks fantastic and it fits most of my requirements. The best part is that the hotels are even nicer than the app itself. Some of these boutique hotels in Tokyo are beyond believable and in the price range I can actually afford. Would recommend anyone who hates toning through ugly list and list of hotels.
