Schedulers: print an Officer Calendar for any job. Pick the entire event, a day, a week, a month, a quarter or your own dates, and get a clean PDF of shift times and every officer's name, ready to send the client or post at the site. Fixes: your Tax Center set-aside now counts only expenses tied to 1099 work, Call Back and Court Time appear in the tax summary, reminders no longer repeat or arrive twice, Time to leave alerts refresh for later jobs, and App Lock reads correctly on Android.

If you have Premium, or you are inside your free 30 day trial, opening the app from a link now always gives you the full app. Some officers were being dropped into the free view, with Home, the Log, the Tax Center and the Dashboard hidden behind an upgrade bar they had already gone past. That is fixed. Siri shortcuts have been brought up to date for the current iOS, so "Log a job in Centurion Blue" and "Open my calendar in Centurion Blue" keep working. A correction to the last release note. Apple Health workouts are checked every time you open the Wellness Portal and go on the Gym Log when you tap them, rather than landing there on their own. If you would rather they were added for you, that switch is in Settings, under Denver Wellness Portal. The Gym Log is a sheet you sign and send to DPD Wellness, so nothing is written to it without your say so.

Apple Health workouts now arrive on their own. Once Health is connected, your runs, rides and lifts land in the Gym Log every time you open the app instead of once every six hours, so there is nothing to tap after a workout. The Connect button has moved to Settings, under Denver Wellness Portal, since you only need it the first time. It is still there, with the same date range, if you ever want to pull an older stretch of workouts in by hand. Your Army Fitness Test score now prints on the quarterly Tally Sheet. The quarter's best total shows beside the activity, so the reviewer sees the number without opening the score sheet. A busy quarter no longer runs off the bottom of the Tally Sheet. When the detail list is longer than the page, the sheet now says how many lines were left off and where to read the rest.

Alerts are on from the start. A new account now begins with reminders before your jobs, new work on the Job Exchange, replies on the Marketplace and the deadlines the app watches, all switched on. Change any of it in Settings. If you already had these set the way you like them, nothing has moved. Check in from anywhere you see the shift. When your scheduler turns on GPS check-in, the button now appears on today's jobs, on your upcoming jobs, on the calendar and in the day view, not just in one place. Can't work this? sits alongside it, so you can hand a shift back from the calendar too. Your data and privacy is now its own card in Settings, on every plan including the free one: download a copy, restore one, reset, or delete your account. Deleting now removes your W-9 on file with it. Wellness: a new Tell me before a Tally Sheet is due switch, so the deadline reminder works without the money alerts. The daily workout reminders now work outside Denver too, and every Settings switch appears the moment you turn its tab on. The 2027 exception pay dates are marked as projected from the 28 day period cycle, so you know which ones came from the department's published schedule.

Home screen and Lock Screen widgets can now show three more things: your gym sessions this quarter, your vacation hours left, and your next no off-duty day. Long press a widget and tap Edit Widget to pick. No off-duty days. Mark any day you do not want secondary employment. It is a separate list from your days off and your vacation, so a day can be any of those and still be marked. The app flags those days on the Job Exchange and asks before a job goes on one. A second daily workout reminder, this one to get the workout in, with its own time. The Gym Log now shows how long it has been since your last one. New alerts for the quarterly Wellness Tally Sheet deadline, for falling behind on the 52 sessions, and for a job sitting on a day you marked no off-duty. Fixed: your Apple Health sync choice now stays set, the Gym Log no longer asks you to connect again every time you sign in, and the widget countdown counts to a job later today instead of skipping to tomorrow.

Scheduler: new Client Calendar PDF. A month grid with the times and each officer's full name, built to hand straight to a client, with no rates or badge numbers on it. Apple Health: workouts from any app that writes to Health, Cyclemeter, Strava, Peloton, Garmin and the rest, with the app named on each row. Settings gains an automatic check for new workouts, and the Health card now says when it last checked and which apps it saw. Job Exchange alerts are now on by default and part of the setup walkthrough, and the notification settings are available on the free Denver plan. Times show in military format throughout, 0540 rather than 05:40. Fixed the Day and Exercise boxes overlapping in the gym log on phones.

DIA log: you can now pin Plaza on Level Five or Plaza on Level Six as a location, so the level always lands on the filed 120DIA-1. Tap a time-to-leave alert to open directions straight to the job in your maps app. Fixes and speed-ups throughout.

New in this update: Widgets you can set up one by one. Long-press any widget and choose what it shows: this week or month, unpaid total, hours left under your cap, a live countdown to your next job, or today’s shift. Pick which jobs it counts, too. Lock Screen widgets. Your week, unpaid total or next-job countdown, without unlocking. Mark a job paid right from the widget. Money and deadline reminders, on your schedule. Alerts for unpaid jobs, your weekly hour cap, quarterly taxes and paydays, delivered at the times you pick, with quiet hours. Calendar sync carries the whole job now, pay, rate, mileage and notes, and can add a second alert timed to live traffic so your calendar tells you when to leave. A contract check per employer, so nothing slips before a shift.

Fixes and improvements in this update: Setting up a new account now works properly on a phone. The setup card could land off the bottom of the screen, leaving no way to continue. Your home address now suggests real addresses as you type, and every address box in the app does the same. Wellness activity fields no longer overlap on smaller screens. Scheduler: officer names now show their badge number, so two officers with the same name are easy to tell apart. Job and Exchange address boxes fill in the complete address, and any open date can be opened to all officers, not just your roster.

Fixes in this update: PDF reports now open on iPhone. Tax summaries, year-end reports and the wellness sheet did nothing when tapped before. Mileage now uses the IRS rate in force on each job’s own date, including the mid-year change on July 1, so a split year deducts correctly instead of at one flat rate. A day you mark off on the calendar is now respected everywhere. Entering an off-duty job on it no longer says you are working your regular shift. A job that overlaps another job, or your regular shift, is now refused instead of saved, and the app names the job it clashes with. Adding a job now confirms it with the job name, date and time, then clears the form. Changes your scheduler makes to an assigned shift now reach your calendar, hours and pay, and you are told what changed. Alerts clear as soon as you deal with what they are about, on whatever tab you fixed it.
