Add tasks and sub-tasks in a simple outline. Indent and outdent to shape your work breakdown structure (WBS), and watch summary rows roll up their duration, effort, and cost automatically. It feels less like configuring software and more like writing down how the work goes.
A SCHEDULE THAT CALCULATES ITSELF
Link tasks with any of the four dependency types (finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, start-to-finish), with lag or lead. Pin the dates that are fixed and let everything else flow around them. Mark the moments that matter as milestones, and see the critical path at a glance.
PLAN YOUR TEAM, SEE THE COST
Add resources, real people or roles, with optional day rates. Assign them, set allocation, and let effort drive duration. Your estimate and your budget add up as you go, so you always know what the plan costs.
