Counter-offers, and a cleaner auction list. Make an offer, and we can now counter. • If we counter your offer, you get a notification and an alert the next time you open the app or your bidder account. • Accept our price, pass, or come back with another number — it's a conversation now, not a yes or no. • Every vehicle you've offered on shows where it stands: pending, countered, accepted or declined. Answered counters stay on the record, so you can always see what was offered and what was agreed. • My Offers in your bidder account lists them all and lets you accept or pass right there. Auction list, rebuilt. • Vehicle cards have a new look — a large photo up top with the lot number and stock number right on it, so you can find a lot at a glance from the back of the yard. • Keys or no keys now shows in the corner of every photo. It's the first thing people ask about an impound vehicle, so it's the first thing you see. • No more tapping "Details." Redesigned vehicle cards. The auction inventory now reads like a real listing: a full-width photo at the top, the lot number and stock number on the photo, title and condition below, and share/favorite/alert as their own buttons in a footer bar. Lot numbers. Every vehicle shows the lot number it will be called as — LOT 7 — from the moment it's on the list. The list is the office's list. Inventory now comes from the auction list staff actually work from, not the published Google Sheet. Holds, ordering, lot numbers and pulled vehicles are what the office sees. The sheet is a fallback only. Signing in no longer asks for your address. Scanning your license fills it in. Entering it by hand is still there as a link for licenses whose barcode has no address. Fixes: the Make an Offer box no longer hides behind the keyboard (iOS) or the Android navigation bar; one offer per vehicle, with its status shown on the card; "My Offers" lists everything you've offered on.

Your offers, in one place See every offer you've made and where it stands — waiting, accepted or declined — from your Bidder Account. Vehicles you've already offered on say so right on the listing. One offer per vehicle Offers are now one per vehicle, so the office sees a clear answer-this-first queue instead of the same bid twice. A tidier account screen Bidder number, My Wins and My Offers up top, with your profile details no longer squeezed off the bottom. Fixes Making an offer no longer hides the amount box and buttons behind the keyboard, and the same fix landed across every pop-up in the app that asks you to type something.

Buy It Now and Make an Offer Buy an auction vehicle outright, or send the office an offer, right from the vehicle list. Just sign in to your bidder account. The list keeps itself up to date on auction day Once the auction starts, the vehicle list refreshes on its own — vehicles show as Sold / Pending the moment someone takes one, sold vehicles get a SOLD stamp, and anything the office can't sell that day is marked so you're not waiting on a car that will never come up. Signed in automatically If you come to every auction, the office can set your account to be signed in for you when sign-in opens. No more realizing at the podium that you forgot. Plus smoother in-app prompts and the usual fixes.

This build adds in-app messaging: - Tow request cards now have a "Message Dispatch" button to chat about that specific tow. - A new "Chat with ASAP Towing" option (Inbox tab) for general questions like auctions. - Each alert in the Inbox now has a "Reply" button to ask about that specific alert. - First message asks for your name/phone so dispatch can respond — editable any time from the chat screen. Please test: sending a message on each of the three chat types, editing your saved name/phone, and receiving a push notification reply (requires a real device — simulators can't register for push).

Track your tow in real time — see your driver's live location on a map once a truck is on the way, plus pickup and drop-off pins. Request a tow with one tap — "Request a Tow From Here" on the Home screen starts a request with your pickup address already filled in from your current location. Smarter status updates — pull down to refresh your tow requests, with clear indicators when checking status or offline. Cleaner history — tow requests automatically clear from your device after 7 days, with a heads-up on time remaining. New: ASAP Wheels — got a junk car? Get a free offer right from the app. Leave a review in-app — after a completed tow, rate your experience without leaving the app. New user tour — first-time users get a quick walkthrough of the app (replay anytime from About).
