Dispatch trucks, collect ticket photos and send weekly invoices from one app. Drivers accept work in one tap. Get paid early with Quick Pay. AE Logistics Management runs the day-to-day of a dump truck hauling business, from the first dispatch to the final invoice. Brokers, owner-operators, subcontractors and drivers work from the same schedule, so everyone sees the same jobs, tickets and payments. DISPATCH ON ONE CALENDAR - See every dispatch for the day or month at a glance - Send work to your own drivers or forward it to a connected subcontractor - Drivers confirm or reject each load, or accept a whole dispatch in one tap - Get a notification the moment a dispatch is sent, accepted or changed CLOSE OUT TICKETS FROM THE TRUCK - Drivers photograph the scale or haul ticket and attach it as proof of delivery - Enter hours or loads, certify the ticket and submit it before leaving the site - Optional job-site check-in and check-out while a job is active - Customers review and sign off on tickets, and any dispute comes straight back to you GET PAID FASTER - Weekly invoices are built automatically from approved tickets - Track receivables from customers and payables to subcontractors in one list - Quick Pay: get paid early on approved tickets and invoices instead of waiting on your customer RUN YOUR FLEET - Manage drivers, trucks, hourly rates and connected subcontractors - Keep jobs, customers, pickup and drop-off locations, and rates in one place - See each day's schedule for every driver and truck GETTING STARTED An AE Logistics Management account is required.
