Your first student is free — every feature, no account, nothing leaves your phone. Log lessons in one tap and send itemized PDF invoices parents trust.
Lesson Ledger is payment tracking and invoicing built for private tutors — music teachers, academic tutors, coaches, anyone paid by the lesson.
Log a lesson in one tap. Your students' weekly times appear each day; tap “Taught” and the charge lands on their tab at your hourly rate. Missed lesson? Mark it skipped, no charge, clean record.
When it's time to bill, two taps turn the unbilled lessons into a professional PDF invoice — every lesson itemized with date, duration, and amount — ready to send from the share sheet. Parents see exactly what they're paying for.
If an invoice goes quiet, Lesson Ledger writes the reminder for you: a polite, professional email at the right moment, escalating gently from a courtesy heads-up to a final notice. You stay the kind tutor; the app plays accountant.
- Students, weekly schedule, and hourly rates in one place
- One-tap lesson logging, with notes that print on the invoice
- Itemized PDF invoices with your payment instructions on every one
- Partial payments — track what's been received and chase only the balance
- The polite reminder ladder: six escalating templates, written for you
- Monthly hours and earnings at a glance
- Plain-JSON backup you keep wherever you like
Private by design: everything lives on your phone. No account, no cloud, no tracking — works offline, in your pocket, at the kitchen table where tutoring actually happens.
Your first student is free, every feature included, forever. Lesson Ledger Pro unlocks unlimited students: $4.99/month or $49.99/year, cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
