No account, no cloud, no subscription. Log your sets, watch the numbers climb, and get a rest alert that reaches you on a locked screen. Works with no signal. Steadia is a training tracker that keeps your log on your phone. There is no account to create, nothing to sign in to, and no server to sync with. Open it and start lifting. WHAT IT DOES • Log sets, reps and weight with a grid built for one-handed use between sets • Every field is pre-filled from last time, so a normal set is one tap • Rest timer that starts on its own when you log a set • Charts for every lift, with your best estimated 1RM marked • Bodyweight tracking alongside the lifts • Six built-in programs — upper/lower, push/pull/legs, full body, and more • Edit any program, or build your own: exercises, sets, rep ranges, rest THE REST TIMER ACTUALLY REACHES YOU Put the phone down mid-session and the alert still arrives. The countdown runs on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, and a notification fires the moment rest is up — locked, in your pocket, whatever. This is the reason Steadia is a real app and not a web page. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Not a promise about a policy — a fact about the app. Steadia makes no network requests. It has no analytics, no advertising, no third-party code of any kind, and it never asks who you are. Your training history lives on your device and goes nowhere else. That also means it works with no signal, which most gyms have plenty of. WHEN YOU CHANGE PHONES Export your history to a file and import it on the new one, or copy a sync code and paste it across. Both are under Data. Nothing is uploaded either way. NO SUBSCRIPTION Steadia is not a subscription and has no in-app purchases.

Steadia 1.1 — the app now meets you where you are. NEW SETUP • First launch asks three quick questions — days, equipment, focus — and hands you the right program. Everything can be changed later. • Programs for 1 to 6 days a week: barbell, dumbbell-only, and bodyweight-only. Grouped by frequency on the Program tab, with a preview before you commit. TRAIN WITH NOTHING • Answer "just my body and the floor" and you get a bodyweight program, not a dumbbell one. • Three new bodyweight plans, including Lower / Upper / Full for three days a week. • 20 new bodyweight movements — reverse lunge, single-leg glute bridge, chair triceps dips, superman, side plank, wall sit, dead hang, inverted row, pike push-ups, hollow hold and more. SECONDS, NOT REPS • Any exercise can be measured in seconds. A plank is 3 × 45 sec, not "3 × 8-15" of something. • Holds get their own progression advice: hold longer, rather than add weight to a thing with no weight. WHEN BODYWEIGHT GETS EASY • Record added weight on pull-ups and dips. • Enter your body weight and a belted set is scored on what you actually lifted — you plus the belt — so adding weight raises your trend instead of lowering it. KILOGRAMS • Pounds or kilograms — Settings → Equipment. Your logged numbers are never rewritten; plates, bars and dumbbells are remembered per unit. KNOW EVERY MOVEMENT • 76 movements, every one illustrated, with a muscle map and short form cues. • Tap any exercise's picture for a big view: how to do it, and what to watch out for. • Search finds a movement by whatever you call it — "supermen", "chair tricep dips", "reverse lunges" all work. TRAIN AROUND REAL LIFE • Swap — bench taken? Trade a movement for today only, or from now on. The substitute brings its own history and plate math. • Mark a session as a deload: an intentionally light week is never read as a plateau. • Weights carry over only between matching rep ranges, so a heavy day never inherits a light day's load. • History spans every day and every program a lift was ever trained under. AND • Finishing a workout answers with a recap — sets, tonnage, any new bests. • One-line session notes. Weekly sets per muscle group on Progress. CSV export. • Nothing destructive takes one tap, and removing a day or an exercise offers Undo.
