You describe the job in your own words, on site. Handschlag turns that
into line items, sets quantities and units, and fills prices from your
own earlier quotes. One tap, and the finished PDF goes to your customer.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Dictate: “Plaster the walls, twelve square metres at forty-six dollar.”
2. Check: line items, quantities and prices are there, totals calculated.
3. Send: a PDF on your letterhead, straight from the app.
YOUR PRICES, NOT OURS
Handschlag learns from your own estimates what your business charges.
Next time you dictate, the prices are already in, with their origin
shown. If the app does not know a price, the field stays empty. It
never guesses.
NO ESTIMATE GETS LOST
Most estimates are not lost on price, but because nobody follows up.
Handschlag reminds you on the third, fourth and fifth working day, with
the message already written for email or WhatsApp. Three times at most,
then it stops. Your customer can accept or decline from the PDF.
BUILT FOR UK LETTERHEAD
A US limited company must show its company number and place of
registration. A sole trader needs name and address. VAT at 20 % / 5 %
when you charge it; the small-business wording is the US rule, not a
translation of German law. If something is missing, export is blocked
and the missing field is named.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON THE DEVICE
No account, no sign-in, no cloud. Speech recognition and extraction run
on the iPhone. Your prices and your customers are yours.
PRICE
The first three quotes are free, with no time limit and no watermark.
After that it is the US price of the Handschlag Pro subscription. It
renews automatically and can be cancelled any time in your iPhone
settings.
