Yuru-Ugo is an app where Komori, a fox-like companion, suggests one small activity each day that fits you. Komori celebrates the days you do it and stays on your side on the days you rest.
■ One gentle suggestion a day
Based on your iPhone steps and, if available, Apple Watch exercise time, workouts, sleep, and heart-rate records, Yuru-Ugo suggests just one light activity that suits you today. It doesn't judge inactivity from steps alone. On days with little data, it starts with a very small step, like getting up and walking around the room.
■ "I Did It" and "Rest Today" both count
Tap "I Did It" when you're done, or "Rest Today" when you need a break. Either way, Komori gently accepts your choice.
■ Chat with Komori
After your update, take a breather with Komori. Pick a topic like "Komori, praise me!" or "I'm a little tired" to start talking. On devices that support Apple Intelligence, you can also type your own messages. The more you talk, the closer you get, and Komori's words slowly change.
■ Dress up and redecorate with acorns
Collect acorns by reporting your activity, walking, and chatting. Trade acorns or grow closer to Komori to unlock outfits, hats, and furniture. Dress Komori up and redecorate the room. In the room on the Home screen, Komori walks around and waves at you.
■ Widgets
Show Komori's room, or today's steps, exercise time, and steps left until your next acorn, on your Home Screen.
■ Step bonus reminder
Acorns for the steps you walk can only be collected on the same day. You'll get an evening reminder so you don't miss them (you can turn it off in Settings).
■ History
Look back day by day at your suggestions and updates, your chats with Komori, and the acorns you received.
■ In-app purchases (all one-time)
• Remove Ads: removes banner ads, and you can use extra chats without watching ads
• Outfits: Walking Tracksuit, Yukata, Cozy Knit Sweater
• Rooms: Sunny Café, Starry Night Room (each with matching furniture)
In the shop, you can try items on before you buy. If you change devices or reinstall the app, tap "Restore Purchases" to use them again.
■ About your Health data
Yuru-Ugo uses only the Health data you allow, on your device. Your Health records are never sent to an external server or used for advertising.
