SKYWING ASSAULT is a 90s-style pixel-art vertical shoot-em-up built for one thing: pure arcade combat. Grab your ship, hold the line against wave after wave of enemies, and see how far your reflexes can carry you.
PICK YOUR SHIP
Choose from 3 distinct ships, each with its own weapon: the Standard Blaster's reliable spread fire, the Laser Beam's piercing column, or the Mini Missiles' rapid salvo. Unlock new ships by earning points in-game — no purchase required.
MASTER THE ARSENAL
Power up your weapon from Lv.1 to Lv.8/MAX, stack bombs to clear the screen in a pinch, and chain kills into combo multipliers for serious score. Nothing you earn goes to waste — pick up a maxed-out power-up and it converts straight into bonus points instead.
UPGRADE AFTER EVERY BOSS
Beat a boss and choose 1 of 3 run upgrades: wingman drones, a recharging shield, chain-blast kills, near-miss energy and more. Upgrades stack for the whole run, so every run builds into something different.
SLOW DOWN TIME
Trigger Bullet Time to slow the world around you while your ship stays at full speed, threading through storms of bullets that would otherwise be impossible to dodge.
FACE DOWN THE BOSSES
Battle through 6 unique boss types, each a 3-phase gauntlet of shifting weak points and escalating attack patterns. Difficulty ramps hard the longer you survive, so every run is a real test — and every boss kill earns a well-deserved breather before the next wave builds.
10 grunt types, 5 elite enemy variants, and a growing roster of attack patterns keep every run feeling different, with new enemy types unlocking as you clear bosses.
CLIMB THE LEADERBOARD
Sign in with Game Center to post your best runs and see how you stack up. Chase score milestones for bonus lives and push your run further than the last one.
PLAY YOUR WAY
Touch controls with a relative-drag virtual joystick, or connect a Bluetooth/MFi game controller for full analog movement, rumble feedback, and dedicated bomb/bullet-time buttons.

Skywing Assault 2.0 is a full overhaul:
• All-new pixel art: every ship, enemy, boss, explosion and icon redrawn
• New soundtrack and sound effects, with music on the title screen
• Run upgrades: defeat a boss, then pick 1 of 3 power-ups that last the whole run
• Redesigned ship select screen and a new laser beam for Ship 2
• Leaderboard fixes: your best score is posted reliably, and loading problems are reported instead of showing an empty board
