You are the producer of a small, unknown talent agency. Scout raw talent, train it, and send it out under the lights. You have 260 weeks — five years — to reach agency rank SS and ten million fans.
This is not an idle game. Every week you choose, and the story moves.

A simple rhythm that hides real decisions: cash flow, training direction, and how you sell each girl to the world. Projected income and costs are shown before you commit, so you can plan your way out of the red.

- Six stats to raise: Vocal, Dance, Visual, Acting, Talk and Mental
- Trainees can grind through underground gigs, part-time work, streaming and social media
- Debut at 150 total stats to unlock live shows, photobooks, voice acting, drama roles, TV variety and national tours
- Twelve traits — Prodigy, Charisma, Diva, Dance Master and more — shape growth and earnings
- Very rarely an idol awakens, permanently raising her rarity

- Groups: 2-5 members with synergy bonuses; balance them against solo careers
- Songs: commission tracks whose quality permanently boosts live turnout, plus weekly royalties
- Special concerts: Budokan, then the Tokyo Dome. Condition on the day decides the turnout
- Year-end festival and the national song festival: awards and the biggest stage of the year
- Agency chart: compete with five rival agencies on total fans
- Variety show offers: each show tests a different quality. Play it clean, or go all in for the viral moment

Every show, commercial, drama, film, anime and book is recorded on her detail screen. Four appearances on the same show makes her a regular. What her profile looks like after five years is the real measure of your work.

- Trust deepens through talks, dinners, outings and gifts, and improves her results at work
- Dozens of written scenes: worries, birthdays, quiet nights in the practice room
