The state made e-invoicing through KSeF mandatory. It did not make it pleasant — that part is this app's job.
**We warn you before a penalty or a lost relief.**
• a new purchase invoice in KSeF — KSeF itself never tells you one arrived

• contribution holidays — form RWS must be filed in the month BEFORE the exempt month, or the month is gone

The next deadline with its amount sits in a widget on your home screen and lock screen — no need to open the app.
**KSeF sign-in that works.** Enter your KSeF token once; the session renews itself. The token stays in the
phone's Keychain, never on a server of ours.
**A notification for every new invoice.** KSeF won't tell you a supplier has issued you an invoice.
This app checks in the background and notifies you.
**Invoices in any currency.** EUR, USD, GBP and a dozen more, with the correct day's National Bank of Poland
mid rate fetched automatically and the VAT converted into złoty, as Polish law requires.
**ZUS contributions for 2026.** Start relief, reduced contributions, Mały ZUS Plus, full ZUS, plus the health
contribution for the progressive scale, flat tax, lump-sum tax (with the PLN 60,000 and 300,000 brackets)
and the tax card — broken down to the grosz.
**The deadlines everyone forgets.** ZUS by the 20th, JPK_V7 by the 25th, the annual PIT by 30 April, with
weekend and holiday dates moved to the next business day exactly as the tax office does.
**Issuing invoices.** FA(3) structure, submission to KSeF, XML preview and download, and a review step
before anything is sent.
**ALL KSeF WORK IS FREE AND UNLIMITED:** browsing invoices, new-invoice notifications, issuing invoices
and credit notes, PDF with the verification QR code, foreign-currency invoices at the NBP rate, buyer
details by tax ID from the Ministry of Finance register, the monthly summary with the VAT balance,
payment statuses, the deadline calendar and this month's ZUS calculator.
**PRO SUBSCRIPTION** is the advisory layer: a yearly forecast of contributions and tax, a comparison of
the progressive scale, flat tax and lump-sum tax, CSV export for your accountant and reminders about
unpaid invoices. PLN 3.99 monthly or PLN 39.99 yearly — four times less than the cheapest paid plan in this niche, starting with a one-week free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically
unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and
cancel it in your Apple ID account settings.
