PingCy Business turns your empty capacity into customers. Publish a time-limited offer when you have space to fill, and it reaches PingCy members who can make it. They claim, walk in, show a code, and pay you directly at the offer price. Free, no commission, no payments in the app.

PUBLISH AN OFFER IN A MINUTE
1. Say what you are offering: a new price, a percentage off, an amount off, or a free item, with or without a minimum bill.
2. Choose dine-in, takeaway, or both, add a photo, set how many places and until when.
3. PingCy invites members who can make it, as many at once as you have places left.
4. Guests show a single-use code at the counter. You tap redeem. Done.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What does it cost? Nothing. No setup fee, no subscription, no commission. Members pay you directly at the offer price.
Do I need new hardware? No. You publish and redeem from your phone.
How is this different from discount platforms? There are no vouchers sold through us and no cut taken. You choose a real discount for a real gap, and the member pays you, not PingCy.
Can I offer takeaway only? Yes. Every offer can be dine-in, takeaway, or both, so a kitchen with capacity can fill it even when the room is full.
What about quiet days? That is exactly the point. Publish when you have a gap, stay silent when you are full. There is nothing to maintain and nothing to cancel: no offer means no obligation.

Members can now call you to book: under At your reception, switch on Ask members to call you, add your number, and the member who takes a slot sees it and calls; you block the time in your own booking app and tap Booked it in Guests. The notification on each claim is now your choice. Ready codes: file a batch of promo codes once and each calendar slot goes live with one of them in a tap, automatic offers included. Calendar offers can now be edited before they go out and removed.
