Vellara is a puzzle book for your phone: More than 20 puzzle in large, clear type. Crossword, sudoku, word search, maze, solitaire, mahjong and more — each with five levels of difficulty.
Made for anyone who wants to read comfortably. Large print you can make larger still, generous buttons and calm colours; no fiddly tapping and no hurry.
No account, no signing in, no internet needed. You open the app and you play.

- Word search — Find the words; the leftover letters spell the answer
- Sudoku — Digits 1 to 9, never twice

MADE TO READ EASILY
• Large type, and you can make it larger still
• Pinch to zoom in on any board, or use the A− and A+ buttons
• Light paper or a dark setting, with extra contrast if you prefer it
• Generous touch targets: no fiddly tapping
AT YOUR OWN PACE
• Five levels of difficulty for every kind of puzzle, from a gentle start to expert
• A puzzle you leave half-finished is still there next time
• Statistics for each kind of puzzle: how many you solved, how quickly, and how you compare with the target time
• A rating that grows with what you can handle, and a small celebration when you put a run together
QUIET PLAYING
• For your first three hours of play you see no advertising at all
• After that, at most one per forty minutes of play — never in the middle of a puzzle, and never just as you want to see your result
• Everything works without an internet connection
• Nothing is asked of you: no email address, no registration
