Everyone carries a private map of their own neighborhood, and it never matches the official one. It runs long down the line you ride every day and stops dead at the river. Quartier draws that map. Tell it how far in minutes and how you get around, and it puts a real shape around the place you already think of as yours — your Quarter, your Half, your Hour, from real streets and real transit lines. Stand a few blocks over, or take the train instead of walking, and it is a different shape. Move, and it moves with you.

The neighborhood's calendar, gathered in one place, with nothing in it you could not reach — and every event wearing the number that matters, how many minutes it takes YOU to get there. Organizers run their own listings: photos, prices, announcements.
AND WHO IS THERE
An event is people, not a listing. See how many are going before you decide, join with one tap, and meet them in the event's own chat — questions, changes of plan, where exactly to stand. The meeting point appears once you are in.
Travel times come from real street networks and transit lines. When transit barely helps somewhere, Quartier says so instead of pretending.
