Airports on the map Tap an airport for what is actually happening there. Traffic descending toward the field right now, takeoffs and landings a receiver watched happen, with the time it saw them, and the callsigns whose history says they usually fly the route. There are no scheduled times, gates or delays, because we do not have them and would rather say so. View in AR Point your phone at the sky and find a specific aircraft. Open it from any plane that is high enough and close enough to pick out, and a circle marks where it is while an arrow points the way when it drifts out of frame. The card tells you where to look before you even open the camera. Sectional charts VFR sectionals join the IFR enroute charts in the map layers. See only your own receiver If you feed the network, you can now show just the aircraft your own antenna hears. Emergency alerts, narrowed Emergency squawk alerts can now be limited to what is near your saved places, or over countries you choose, instead of every one worldwide. Fixes A flight no longer shows the wrong direction after passing its origin. Airports on the map are ranked by runway rather than by category, so busy towered fields appear at the zoom levels where you would expect them. Radar now says when the feed has been paused rather than showing you a picture that is no longer true.

Look up any aircraft, even when it isn't flying. Search a tail number or hex and check the registry for its type, photo, owner, and country, then watch it so you get an alert when it next takes off. Alerts are easier to reach and far more precise: - A starred aircraft shows its alert rules right on its card. - Emergency alerts can be narrowed to within a distance of your places, to countries you choose, or both, instead of the whole planet. - Type and registry watches: get alerted when any 737, or any Finnish-registered aircraft, enters a place you choose. - Watching an aircraft that is already in flight no longer sends a false takeoff alert. Fixes: routes are now checked against the path the aircraft actually flew, so a flight that arrives from somewhere the route doesn't claim is no longer captioned with the wrong origin. Aircraft type falls back to the registry when the feed doesn't carry one. Tapping any alert opens that aircraft.
