Track your quit date, taper plan and savings, with a recovery timeline that adapts to what you actually quit. No ads, no subscription, nothing locked behind a paywall. Povoli tracks your progress after quitting smoking, vaping, heated tobacco or nicotine pouches: how long it has been, what you have saved, and what your body is doing about it. WHAT IT DOES - Tell Povoli what you're quitting, your quit date, and your previous daily cost and consumption. Povoli shows a live ring: time since you quit, money saved, units not consumed. - The recovery timeline adapts to what you're quitting — a vape, for instance, produces no carbon monoxide, so those milestones are left out, and you only ever see the stages that are true for you. - Optional nicotine-replacement therapy (NRT) plan: add phases with a dose and a day count. The ring shows your current phase and the next reduction date, and turns into a recovery-milestone progress indicator once your plan is complete or if you don't track a plan at all. - Optional supplies tracker: log what you have on hand (patches, gum, lozenges — whatever you use) and Povoli forecasts how many days it will last, with a local reminder a few days before you run out. - Log consumption without guilt or a lecture: it adjusts your running totals and stays in a simple, private history — nothing is sent anywhere. - Background reading in the About section, sourced from NHS and CDC materials, with a clear reminder that this is not medical advice. HOW IT'S BUILT - Everything lives on your device. There is no account, no server, and no network call the app makes on its own — the only network activity comes from Apple's own StoreKit when you choose to leave a tip. - No ads. No subscription. No feature is unlocked by paying — tipping is entirely optional and purely to support development. - English and Ukrainian, following your device language or your own choice in the app.
