New — the gauge Time Attack and Daily now have a gauge. It fills as you burst boxes; when it is full, tap it to spend all three pieces at once and blast a whole box away. It buys no time, but it clears the board. Chains read better Fragments arc further, glow in the colour of the box they came from, and leave a trail. • Fixed a crash that closed the app immediately on launch. • When a box bursts, shards now fly into a neighbouring box and land there. If the shards fill that box, it bursts too — chains happen far more often. • You can keep placing in other columns while a box is bursting. The clear animation no longer stops your hands. • Back-to-back bursts now build up on screen, step by step. • Gems have arrived in BLOCROSS. Clear lines and a block turns into a gem; collect two and a bomb gem appears. Clear the line holding it and the surrounding 3×3 goes up with it. Drag a piece over and the blast area is shown before you commit.
