Film one swing. Strike Lab names the one fault to fix first, shows you the frame where it happens, and gives you a drill for it.
A slice is rarely a slice problem. An inside takeaway forces the club over the top. Over the top pulls you out of posture at impact. You see the slice, so you work on the slice — and the fault at the front of the chain never moves. Every rep grooves it deeper.
Strike Lab links what it sees into that chain and names the fault at the front of it. That's the one you work on.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Film it. Record in the app or pick a clip from your camera roll. Phone at hip height, one swing per clip. Down the line or face on, tripod or a friend holding the phone.
2. Confirm the swing. Your phone finds the swing in the video and clips it. If it sees more than one, you tap the one you meant.
3. Read the verdict. The fault to fix first, the chain it sits in, and one drill.
THE READ
Tap any position — address, takeaway, top, transition, impact, finish — and the clip jumps to that frame, freezes, and shows what the read was based on. Every fault is graded: severe, moderate, or nothing wrong.
Tell Strike Lab the miss you're fighting and it says whether the read lines up with your ball flight. That is the cheapest check there is on whether a diagnosis is worth trusting.
THE DRILL
One drill for the one fault. How to set up, what the move should feel like, how many balls to hit, and what it is teaching your body to do. Not a list of tips to sort through.
WHEN IT CANNOT SEE
If the footage does not show enough to name a fault, Strike Lab says so instead of guessing. A confident wrong answer costs you a month of practice.
