Booking Map is the easiest way for residents to reserve the shared facilities in their building — laundry machines, EV chargers, guest apartments, common rooms and more.
Your housing cooperative or property manager sets up the bookable resources and available time slots; you simply open the app and grab the slot you need.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See every facility you're allowed to book, with real‑time availability for the week.
• Book a time slot in a couple of taps.
• Move or cancel a booking when your plans change.
• Keep track of upcoming and past bookings in one place.
• Add a booking to your calendar so you never miss your slot.
• Get reminders and updates through push notifications.
• Use it in Norwegian or English, in light or dark mode.
• Protect the app with an optional Face ID / Touch ID lock.
HOW IT WORKS
Booking Map is used by residential housing cooperatives ("borettslag" and "sameie"). Your building's administrator invites you by email and assigns the facilities you can book. After you set your password, everything is available on your phone.
PRIVACY & CONTROL
You can edit your profile and permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account).
Note: Booking Map is an invite‑only service. You need an invitation from a building that uses Booking Map to sign in.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Clearer labels for paid, cancelled and refunded bookings.
• When you change a booking, you now see exactly the extra amount to pay.
• Fixed selecting multi-day ranges that cross into the next month.
• Password reset links now open directly in the app.
• Added a "retry" option if your bookings fail to load.
• Notification and layout polish, plus general stability improvements.
