BotWiner Strength is a lifting log that does the bookkeeping for you. Enter the weight, the reps and the sets, and the app works out the volume, spots every personal record and keeps the whole history in order — so the only thing you have to think about in the gym is the next set. WHAT YOU GET • Exercise library — fifty-four movements organised across chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core and full body, each with its own page and history • Your own exercises — add anything the library is missing and it behaves exactly like a built-in movement • Fast set logging — weight, reps, sets and an optional note, with the estimated one-rep max and total volume calculated for you • Automatic records — max weight, best estimated 1RM and highest rep count tracked per exercise, with a clear alert the moment a set beats a previous best • Records board — every personal best in one place, with the date it was set • Progress charts — weekly volume, records earned per month, how your training splits across muscle groups, and a per-exercise curve you can switch between max weight, estimated 1RM and volume • Bodyweight log — entries over time with a curve, kept next to your lifting data instead of in another app • Progress photo — one private photo you can update whenever you want a visual comparison • Kilograms or pounds — weights are stored once and converted on screen, so switching units never rewrites your records There is no account, no feed and no coaching upsell. It opens straight onto your exercises, logging a set takes a few taps, and everything you have ever recorded stays on the device.
