Two fixes from everyday use, more room, and a quiet update check. Settings no longer open cut off. The window took its width from an animation that was still running, so the first time you opened Settings the content was clipped and you had to close and reopen. Window size is now set explicitly — which also means the width and height sliders take effect immediately while the window is open. The menu bar icon stays put. It now has its own saved slot, is made visible again at every launch, and restores itself after a display change, waking from sleep or a user switch. If it ever goes missing anyway, just start BarBox again from your usual app search — the running app puts the icon back and opens the window. The window can be up to 1500 px tall, up from 900, and a fresh install starts at 900. The height is capped to what your screen actually fits, with a note under the slider when that happens, and there is a reset-to-default button. New: an update check. BarBox checks once a day whether a newer version has been released and shows a small arrow in the header only if there really is one. You can check on demand in Settings, or switch the automatic check off entirely. Also corrected: the privacy notes now name every host BarBox contacts. The place lookup in Settings has always used a second open-meteo address, but the documentation said four hosts — it says six now, in the app and everywhere else.
