Apartamento — IYKYK
Where-to-stay IYKYK
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Invite-only, three days to six months, with the vouch chain that links you to whoever posted.
Every person inside got here because someone already in vouched for them, and that chain stays visible. When you look at a listing, you don't just see the apartment — you see how
you're connected to the person offering it, through a chain of people who vouched for each other. That connection is the point.
INVITE ONLY
You can't just sign up. Someone already in the network has to send you a link. That keeps the trust loop intact.
THE VOUCH CHAIN
Every listing and request shows how you're connected to the person who posted it — a visible chain of invites, not anonymous strangers.
THREE WEEKS TO SIX MONTHS
Not vacation rentals. Not long leases. Just the short-term sublets that are hardest to find.
POST IN SECONDS
Upload photos or paste the text you already wrote, and the listing fills itself in — dates, price, neighborhood, room or whole place. You confirm instead of filling out a form.
Listings expire on their own at the end date, so the feed never fills with dead posts.
QUIET BY DESIGN
No feeds to scroll, no badges, no streaks, no notifications engineered to pull you back. You'll use it a couple of times a year, and it behaves accordingly.
MESSAGE, THEN STAY
Tap that you're interested. The person who posted browses everyone interested and opens a conversation with whoever they want. No cold messaging, no crowded inbox — so people stay willing to post.
Apartamento holds one line everywhere: these are people someone you know will stand behind.
