Pick a room type and the redesign follows it — photograph an empty bedroom and it comes back furnished as a bedroom, not as a lounge. Stories can now use your own designs, not just photos from your camera roll, and text can be styled in any colour and face. Stability fixes for iPhone and iPad.

• Offline Support for chats, images • Send posts and stories to friends in a chat • Group chats, for a project or a client • Keep stories on your profile as highlights • Ask on a story: polls, questions and sliders • Mute or restrict anyone, and hide words you'd rather not read • Pin posts, archive them, and see how each one did • Tag what's in the room, with prices and links • Search a chat, browse its photos, forward a message • Private accounts are now fully private • Sharper photos, and dark mode reads properly everywhere
