BRF Centralen is the app for members of Swedish housing co-operatives (bostadsrättsföreningar). Everything your association shares with you lives in one place: news, events, bookings, documents and a direct line to the board.
One app for every association. Pick your BRF at first launch and log in with the account your board invited you with. Your data stays with your own association.
FOR RESIDENTS
• Book the laundry room, sauna, guest apartment or any shared space. See free slots at a glance, pick a duration and confirm in seconds. Your next booking is always shown on the home screen, and you can cancel with one tap.
• Report an issue and attach photos. Follow the case as the board replies, and answer directly in the thread.
• Read news from the board the moment it is published, with important notices clearly marked.
• Keep an eye on the calendar: cleaning days, annual meetings, garage sweeps and social events, each with time and place.
• Join the queue for parking spaces or storage units and see your position at any time.
• Find bylaws, minutes, annual reports and other documents when you need them.
• See the maintenance plan and what is coming up in the building.
• Get push notifications for news, events and replies to your cases.
FOR THE BOARD
Board members switch to Board mode inside the same app to see every case with status filters, reply to residents, browse the member directory, publish news and events, add maintenance projects and upload documents, all from a phone.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Membership is by invitation. Your housing association needs to use BRF Centralen, and the board sends you your login. There is no self sign-up.
• Available in Swedish and English, with light and dark mode.
