NUDGE
Send lightweight reminders without making things feel formal.
• Send a Nudge now and receive a “Got It” acknowledgement.
• Schedule a Nudge for later using a specific date and time.
• Suggest a normal or important reminder.
• Let the recipient review and accept the reminder before it is scheduled.
• See confirmation in the conversation when a scheduled Nudge is accepted.
• Keep track of pending reminders and remove ones you no longer need.
Important reminders can use enhanced alarm-style experiences on supported devices. When that option is unavailable, the recipient can still accept the Nudge as a normal notification, so the reminder does not get lost.
SURPRISE
Create a timed reveal for birthdays, announcements, inside jokes, encouragement, or anything worth waiting for.
Choose a cover image for the message, then add the real surprise as text, a photo, or both. Set the reveal time and send it. Until then, the surprise stays hidden behind its cover. When the moment arrives, the card updates and the recipient can tap to reveal what you sent.
On supported devices, aBop can also help create images with Apple Intelligence. Recipients can choose to be notified when a locked surprise becomes available.
CREATIVE TOOLS
Make each message feel personal. Use a photo from your library, create an image on supported Apple Intelligence devices, or refine your wording with on-device writing assistance. Reposition and decorate selected images before sending, then preview the message card so you know what friends will see.
DRAW
Turn your conversation into a fast drawing competition.
Pick a category, choose a challenge, set the drawing time, and invite the conversation. DRAW supports head-to-head matches and group chats, so everyone in the thread can join. Players enter a name, complete their drawing before time runs out, and submit it without seeing the other entries first. (Note: Up to 8 in a group chat can participate in the draw and the rest can watch the results)
DRAW includes:

• Timed rounds with an animated countdown
• A special One Stroke mode
• Black, red, blue, and green pens
• Group matches with multiple participants
• On-device judging
• Winner highlights and result cards
• Shareable results for celebrating the masterpiece, or the wonderfully questionable doodle
On compatible Apple Intelligence devices, the host can use advanced on-device AI judging to compare the submitted drawings and create a playful, image-aware result. Other supported devices use an on-device fallback so everyone can still draw and participate.
CROSSFIRE
Play the fast, familiar Crossfire experience inside aBop. Send a game through Messages, make your move, and keep the match going in the conversation.
MADE FOR MESSAGES
aBop is designed around the way people already communicate. There are no complicated rooms to create and no separate social network to manage. Open aBop from the Messages app drawer, choose an experience, and send it to a person or group.
Some features require notification permission. Important alarm-style reminders and Apple Intelligence features depend on device model, operating-system version, language, region, and system availability. Recipients need aBop installed to open and interact with aBop messages.
