Transcribr records your meetings and hands everything back ready: a transcript that identifies who spoke, a summary, decisions, tasks with owner and due date, and the minutes of the conversation. All you do is tap Record.
RECORDING THAT LOSES NOTHING
Transcribr was built around one obsession: never lose a second of a recording. Audio is saved in short chunks and uploaded to the server during the meeting itself. If the connection drops, the chunk stays on the device and uploads by itself when the network comes back. If the app closes, it resumes where it stopped. Two-hour meetings, screen off, no surprises.

ORGANIZATION
Every recording becomes an item with its own transcript, summary and documents. Group by project, edit the text, rename speakers, export, and share by link when you need to.
PRIVACY, NO FINE PRINT
The microphone is only used when you start a recording, and a permanent indicator shows when the app is recording. Audio is stored on our own server and sent to Soniox to produce the transcript; the text goes to OpenRouter for the summary and analysis — we tell you this before your first recording and ask for your explicit consent. We do not sell your data, we show no ads, and we do not use your recordings to train AI models. You can delete a recording, or your whole account, at any time, inside the app.
BEFORE YOU RECORD
Tell the people present that the conversation is being recorded and processed by artificial intelligence. Consent rules vary by place and context, and respecting them is the responsibility of whoever records.
Transcribr requires an account and an internet connection to transcribe.
