Focus: Ambition into Action
Goals, tasks and real progress
Free · In‑App Purchases
Turn an ambition into your next action. Make room for what matters, keep everyday tasks moving and record your progress. Start free with two live ambitions.
Focus is a personal goal and task organiser that turns an ambition into one next action. Keep everyday to-dos close, record the steps you take and see your progress. Start free with two live ambitions.
GIVE YOUR GOAL A PRACTICAL NEXT STEP
Choose an outcome, write why it matters privately and decide what would count as progress. Set a date or keep it open-ended. Each ambition has one live next move; completing it records evidence and makes room for the next step.
KEEP EVERYDAY TASKS CLOSE
Use Today, Dump, Later and Done to organise the things life still needs. Add micro steps, choose priorities and keep today's list manageable with a five-task daily cap.
SEE WHAT IS COMING
Horizon shows dated ambitions across the next 90 days. Optional calendar access reads already committed hours to help you understand the time available. Focus does not write events to your calendar.
KEEP A RECORD OF REAL PROGRESS
Log what happened in Record. Park an ambition, mark it achieved or change direction when circumstances change. Pro adds weekly reviews, routines, the year proof grid and share cards.
START FREE, CHOOSE PRO WHEN USEFUL
Ongoing free access includes two live ambitions, basic lists and evidence. Pro supports five live ambitions and the additional features above. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple. Pro lifetime is a one-off purchase. Apple shows the applicable price and terms before you agree.
YOUR INFORMATION, YOUR CONTROL
Ambitions, lists and evidence are stored locally. No SignalKind account or developer server is required. Optional iCloud sync is off by default; if enabled, it includes your saved ambition information and private reasons. Private reasons are excluded from share cards, exports and widgets. An optional app lock uses device authentication. Calendar access and sharing are your choices.
YOUR DEVICES
Use Focus on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later, and on Apple Silicon Macs with macOS 14 or later.
