This update fixes a crash that could occur when turning a Room off in Views with 3D scenery, and makes Rooms and Views with baked lighting and water load faster.

Bring the toolbar back with a pinch. Pinch and hold anywhere around you, and the toolbar comes to where you're looking. Prefer a floating button? Choose one in Settings under Summon Toolbar. Windows & Crown comes first. New visitors now start in Windows & Crown, and it leads the Immersion choice. Richer Rooms and Views. Rooms can now have a fire with flickering firelight, video surfaces, and lamp light that looks the same from every seat. Views can have living water, with surf breaking on the shore and calm lakes with sunlit ripples. This update also keeps Seats open after you choose a seat, keeps Recenter when you switch seats, imports complete Package v2 ZIPs, and adds Acknowledgements for third-party licenses under Settings › About Locus.

Everything in Places. Your Rooms, Views and everything you can download now share one window. Find Animated Places or ones With Sound, keep favorites close, and install the updates you have access to with Update All. Find your seat. Open Seats to see seat markers in the Room, then pinch one to sit there. Seats are grouped by area, and you can add, move, turn and name personal seats of your own. Make the controls yours. The simpler bar brings together Places, Open Browser, Seats, Settings and Leave. Settings opens on the place you are in, with light, sound and motion together. In supported Rooms, look at a lamp and pinch to switch it on or off. Customize Bar keeps your favorite Quick Controls close. Get started with a guided tour. Five short pages show you how to choose a Place and a seat, adjust immersion, personalize the atmosphere and arrange your controls. Replay the tour anytime from Settings. This update also improves Room update recovery, remembers more of your Places and Settings choices, and lets you switch Room motion on or off from Quick Controls. Update All skips locked Supporter updates so they no longer interrupt the rest.

Sit where you like. Rooms now have sofa and lounge seats alongside their desks, and the seat list marks which seats have a desk. Hide Desk in Quick Settings clears the desk away for the rest of your visit, or turn on Hide desk by default in Settings. Make a seat your own: the new Seat tab in Quick Settings moves and turns where you sit, and saves that position for the seat. Rooms now stay solid around your windows, so window controls stay readable against any View. Prefer see-through furniture? Choose Room makes way in Settings. The immersion dial is out of Experimental. With it on, your windows always stay in front of the Room, and the Digital Crown dials your real surroundings back in. Quick Settings reopens on the tab you used last, and the Menu button now also appears when the toolbar has sunk below the floor.

Locus now opens into your place. The View and Room you were in come back around you first, and the controls arrive after, so a restart no longer begins in an empty room. New visitors start in Atrium Loft. Views and Rooms can bring their own ambience, each with its own switch and volume in Quick Settings, and Places can narrow to the Views or Rooms that come with sound. A Menu button now appears whenever the toolbar is closed or something solid stands in front of it, so there is always a way back to the controls. Drag it where you want it, or put it back from Settings. Places tells you when an installed View or Room has an update and installs it in place, including the one you are in. Ordering and favorites are now separate controls, so favorites can stay first in any order, and Quick Settings groups fold away. About now says which parts of a View were made with AI. Experimental: switch on the immersion dial in Settings, then use the Digital Crown to let your real surroundings back in without leaving the place.

Animated Views blend more smoothly into the scene around them, and their mark in Places and the Library now sits directly on the photo and names itself when you look at it. A new Animated filter narrows Places and the Library to moving Views. Views with built-in sound get their own sound switch and volume, and animated Views keep playing after you take Apple Vision Pro off and put it back on. Supporter now starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, and Courtyard Gallery’s pool has clear blue water. This update also fixes the viewing position switch’s gaze target, and Places scrolls back to the top when you filter or search.

Browse more Places at a glance with four-column layouts and clearer selection highlights. Quick Settings now groups controls into collapsible sections. Animated Views are easier to spot in Places and the Library. This update also improves Library search and update guidance, adds a reclining viewing position, and refreshes Courtyard Gallery water.
