Connect Apple Health and your steps, workouts, sleep and weight count towards your challenges without typing anything. Walked enough steps? That challenge checks itself off. Weight you enter in LevelLife is written back to Health, so your picture stays complete.
We use your health data only inside LevelLife, to track your progress. Never for advertising, and we do not sell it.
