ROUTINES
Create habits, follow them daily, and see over time what sticks and what does not. Reminders help without pushing you.
NUTRITION
Log meals with their nutritional values, add your own foods and recipes, and keep calories, protein, carbs and fat in view. The number of your own foods is unlimited.
AI ESTIMATES FOR NUTRITION VALUES
If an ingredient or food is missing its nutrition values, HabitFit prepares a ready-made text. You pass it on to your own AI app yourself and paste the answer back in. HabitFit sends nothing to an AI. Before anything is applied, a preview shows the values with warnings for anything implausible. Applied values are marked as AI estimates and never count as verified.
TRAINING
Build exercises and fitness plans, log sets and weights, and follow your body metrics over time.
EVALUATIONS
See connections instead of single values: history, weekly overviews and your own evaluations show you what you are actually working on right now.
CLEANER AND CALMER
One consistent look across the whole app: calmer spacing, clearer cards and lists, more room for content and a tidier recipe detail.
YOUR DATA STAYS LOCAL
HabitFit works fully without an account. Nothing is uploaded, synced or published without your consent. You only need an account if you want to use the online features.
HABITFIT PRO
One-time purchase. Lifts the limits of the free version and unlocks meal planning, the weekly planner, the shopping list and your own evaluations. Everything still runs locally — no account, no subscription.
HABITFIT PREMIUM
Subscription. Includes everything in Pro while it runs, and adds the online features: access to the full food and exercise catalog, recipe and catalog import, and shared lists. The subscription covers the server costs.
