Endonem: Endometriosis Tracker

Pain & Symptom Journal

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Years of "it's probably nothing" are hard to argue with from memory. You get ten minutes with the specialist, and you are asked to summarise two years of pain from a chair, under pressure, without notes. Endonem keeps the account for you — what hurt, where, how badly, how long — and compiles it into a few printed pages a clinician can read in the time you are actually given. Period apps predict your cycle. This one documents your symptoms. THE PAGES YOU HAND OVER Your entries become a dated, sealed report: a pain summary with the number of entries behind each figure, a timeline, what changed across cycles, and every medication with how you rated it, dose by dose. Print it, or send it from the share sheet. Reports you have already compiled stay yours to read, print and send forever. LOGGING BUILT FOR A BAD DAY A pain score, a mark on the body map, bleeding, medication and whether it helped. One-handed, in the dark, in under a minute. Nothing here counts your streak or tells you off for a day you missed. EVERYTHING IN ONE FILE Letters, scans and referral dates, your care team, and appointment notes — filed next to the symptoms they belong to, so the next appointment starts where the last one ended. NOBODY ELSE SEES IT Require Face ID before it opens, hide it from the app switcher, or turn on the discreet icon so it sits on your home screen as a plain ledger. Your record lives encrypted on this device: no account, no server, no analytics, and no networking code at all. It stays out of iCloud on purpose, so export a backup before you change phones. WHAT IT COSTS The record is yours. The app is the subscription. The intake is free to walk, page 1 of the report it compiles from your answers is free to export and print — today or in a year — and an encrypted backup of the whole record is free whenever you want one, subscribed or not. Reports you have already compiled stay readable and printable forever. A subscription opens the app: daily logging, the body map, the bleeding calendar, flares, medication, appointments, attachments, insights, and compiling a fresh report any day you need one. Nothing on your phone is deleted or held back because a subscription lapsed. Prices are shown in your own currency on the subscribe screen, and you can cancel any time in your App Store account. Endonem is a record, not a diagnosis. It does not detect, diagnose, treat, cure or prevent endometriosis or any other condition, and nothing in it is medical advice.
