Chairly is the tracker built for booth, chair, suite, and room renters — the number on your home screen is what you actually kept, after rent, not just what you took in.
A service is three taps and the amount: tap the plus, tap Add income, type what you took, save. The payment method is already the one you used last — Cash, Card, Revolut, and PayPal are on the sheet, with Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and bank transfer in the full list. An expense is the same three taps, with a photo of the receipt attached. Add your own expense categories on top of the defaults: Beauty supplies, Booth rent, Towels and laundry, Education, Travel, Marketing, Insurance, and more. Set your booth rent once, weekly or monthly, and Chairly posts it on schedule automatically. No spreadsheet, no math.
RECEIPTS, SORTED FOR TAX TIME
Every receipt you've ever attached lives on one screen — a grid, newest first. Filter by month, quarter, or year, and by category. Search by merchant or note. A strip at the top shows exactly which expenses are still missing a receipt, so nothing slips through the cracks. When you're ready, export one PDF bundling every receipt image with its date, merchant, and amount — hand it straight to your accountant.
REPORTS FOR ANY PERIOD
See money in, money out, and what you kept, for any month, quarter, or year — with a trend of what you kept over time and a comparison to the period before. Tap any category and drop straight into the transactions behind it. Export a CSV or a PDF whenever you need one.
YOUR DATA NEVER GETS HELD HOSTAGE
Chairly has a 14-day free trial, then a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. But the paywall only blocks adding and editing new entries. Everything you've already recorded — viewing, search, reports, receipts, CSV export, PDF export, backup and restore — stays free forever. Stop paying and you still keep your numbers.
