You are on the phone. The agent is waiting. You are three letters into a booking reference and "S as in… Sierra?" is already too slow. Alpha Academy trains the one skill nobody teaches you: reading a code out loud so the other end gets it right the first time.
It teaches the NATO/ICAO phonetic alphabet — Alfa through Zulu plus the digits — and then makes you use it on the strings you actually have to spell.
HOW IT TRAINS
• Learn the plate — every letter arrives as a printed card: the glyph, the code word, a respelled pronunciation key like AL-FAH, one line on why the word is what it is, and the audio.
• Drill both directions — letter to word for when you are spelling, word to letter for when someone is spelling to you.
• Read a real string — encode a booking reference in order, or listen to one being spelled and write down what you heard.
• Keep it warm — a Daily Drill built from your weak letters plus one string. Two minutes a day holds the whole chart.

• Word → Letter — hear a code word, name the letter
• Encode a String — spell out a real reference, in order
• Decode by Ear — listen, then write down what you heard

THE STRINGS YOU ACTUALLY SPELL
Encode and Decode draw from six scenario sets, so you are never spelling nonsense: flight numbers, hotel confirmations, email addresses, device serial numbers, passport and document numbers, and parcel tracking codes.
MASTERY PER SYMBOL, NOT ONE BLUNT SCORE
All 36 letters and digits carry their own level from 0 to 5. Answer one correctly and it moves up and is scheduled further out; miss it and it comes back sooner. Questions are drawn from what is due, so the letters you already know stop taking up your time — and the chart fills in as you go.
