The shopping list builds itself, ready to take with you. YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM A program built around your level, your goal and your equipment: full gym, home gym, dumbbells only or bodyweight. Every exercise comes with an animation and form cues. YOUR PROGRESS Weight, measurements, body fat, tonnage lifted, personal records, consistency, training cycles. Clear charts to see where you really stand, and a rest timer that rings even with the phone locked.
