A cookbook that opens with your iPhone Duo: • On a wide screen, Cook Mode places ingredients and timers beside the current step. • Half-fold your Duo to keep the step above the fold and large cooking controls below. • Keep your place when folding, unfolding or rotating. • Open recipes in another YumYums window and view a chosen recipe beside your weekly plan when there is room. Also improves how Import adapts to narrower windows.

Quicker, and easier to plan: - Adding a recipe to the plan now shows which days already have something: a plate on the busy days, and a tick where that recipe is already planned. - The recipe library opens and responds faster, especially with a lot of recipes in it. - The shopping list and meal plan are smoother to scroll and swipe.

More photos, and a kitchen that keeps up with you: - Add your own photos to a recipe, up to six, and choose which one leads. - Timers keep running when you change step, close cook mode or leave the app, with several at once and a countdown on the Lock Screen. - Hands-free cook mode: say "next", "back" or "repeat" and keep your hands in the bowl. Recognition happens on your iPhone. - After cooking, note how it went and what to change. Your note is waiting next time you cook it. - Favourites in the library, and suggestions for favourites you haven't cooked in a while. - See any recipe in metric or US measures. - Tonight and Shopping widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen, and Siri shortcuts to add to your list or ask what's for dinner. - The screen stays on while YumYums is open. - Swiping a meal off the plan is easier, and a full swipe removes it.

Getting from your meal plan to cooking is now quicker: - Tap a meal’s photo or name in Plan or Tonight to open its recipe. - Open tomorrow’s recipe straight from the Recipes tab. - Tap “and … more” to see the other meals planned for tonight and open their recipes. - Use the pencil beside any day to edit its meals.
