Tell her how the week is going and she reshapes the plan around it, at any hour. Every good week takes you into the next one. Made for women who run.
Allyson is a running coach you talk to.
Tell her you slept badly, that your knee is complaining, that Thursday disappeared under work. She answers like a coach who knows your training: what to do today, what it will ask of you, and what moves.
A plan built around your race
Your plan comes out of your goal, the days you can actually run, and the running you have been doing lately. It has a shape: weeks that build, weeks that ease off, and your race at the end of them.
She changes it with you
Missed a session? Tell her and you carry on from there. She reshapes the week around what happened, at any hour, and every good week takes you into the next one.
Your data, if you have it
Connect intervals.icu and your runs arrive on their own, whatever watch they came from. No watch? Log a run in a few taps and your paces still learn from you. The connection reads only, so nothing here can change what is in your account there.
Paces that say where they came from
Six paces, all worked out from one thing you have told her, and each one labelled: from your race, from your runs, or estimated. When a number is a calculation rather than something you ran, it says so.
On your phone, done right
A widget puts today's session on your home screen before you head out. Your current week is saved on the phone, so it is still there when the signal is not, with a line that says when it was saved.
Straight about what it is
Allyson Run is a training tool, not medical advice. The coach is an AI. She will not promise you a time, and when something needs a professional she says so and points you there.
If you bring up your cycle, she talks about it with you and keeps only what you ask her to keep. Nothing is predicted and nothing is logged in the background.
In English and Spanish, in kilometres or miles.
