kalMO helps you focus, lock the apps that distract you, sleep on time and take the day one step at a time. Four parts, nothing more.
FOCUS
Write what you're working on, choose 15, 25, 45 or 60 minutes and tap Start focus. The time shows on your lock screen while the session runs.
BLOCK
Choose the apps that distract you. They're locked while you focus, when you say good night, or right away with Lock now – no session needed. The lock is handled by Apple's Screen Time: the apps can't be opened until you unlock them.
SLEEP
Set your bedtime and wake-up time. kalMO reminds you half an hour before, wakes you in the morning and can keep your apps locked while you sleep.
PLAN
Write today's steps and how long each takes. Start the plan and kalMO runs the steps in order as focus sessions and checks them off.
WIDGETS
Focus today, the countdown to bedtime, the next step in your plan and whether your apps are locked – on the home screen and the lock screen.
YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
No accounts and no sign-in. kalMO never sees which apps you chose – Apple's Screen Time only tells it how many.

SUBSCRIPTION
kalMO Premium unlocks the whole app, yearly or monthly. You start with three days free, and nothing is charged during those days. After that, payment is charged to your Apple account, and the subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage and cancel it in the App Store.
