Gabin: AI Meeting Notes
Talk. Get client-ready reports
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Speak for three minutes after a meeting. Gabin turns it into a clean, structured report you can edit and send as a PDF.
Gabin writes your reports while you speak.
You leave a meeting, a call or a site visit. You talk for three minutes. Gabin transcribes, files and produces a document you can edit, export as PDF and send to your client.
BUILT FOR PEOPLE ON THE MOVE
Consultants, salespeople, independent professionals: anyone who stacks meetings and has no hour left in the evening to type them up.
WHAT YOU GET
• A structured report that follows a template (meeting, call, site visit, quote…)
• Action items taken from what you actually said — never invented
• A clean document, ready to email or export as PDF
• Photos of the site or paperwork, attached to the report
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap the button.
2. Speak as you would to a colleague.
3. Review. Edit if needed. Send.
YOUR TEMPLATES
Five ready-made templates, plus your own: you describe in plain language what you want in each section. Gabin sticks to it.
YOUR DATA
Audio is written to the device first. A network drop never wipes a recording. You choose how long to keep the audio. Short notes can be transcribed on the device.
TRY IT, THEN SUBSCRIBE
Three reports to start. Then a monthly or yearly subscription, cancel anytime. Prices are shown in the app.
