VisitOpts is Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home-care caregivers. It works with home-care agencies across the U.S. that use VisitOpts to schedule visits, verify care, and meet the EVV requirements of the federal 21st Century Cures Act for Medicaid personal care and home health services.
Your agency creates your account. Once you sign in, you can:
• See your scheduled visits and payroll-week hours
• Clock in and out of each visit with GPS location capture for EVV
• Start an authorized visit that isn't on your schedule (Manual Entry)
• Keep working with weak signal: clock events are saved on your phone and sent when you're back online
• Review your completed visits and their EVV status
• Live-in caregivers: sign off once a day for each client you live with
Location is used only when you clock in or out, to verify the visit took place at the client's home. VisitOpts does not track your location in the background.
VisitOpts is for caregivers of agencies that subscribe to VisitOpts. You need a login from your agency to use the app.
Ratings & Reviews
Fixes: 'EVV verified' now shows only after you clock in. Unscheduled visits follow your agency's setting.
