CrustLab is a pizza dough calculator, a recipe library, a baking journal and a community of pizza bakers in one app. Tell it how many pizzas you want, how heavy each ball should be and how wet the dough should run, and it gives you the exact weights, the schedule and the reminders to get there. EXACT DOUGH MATH • Baker's percentages for flour, water, salt, oil and yeast, solved from your pizza count and ball weight. • Direct dough or a preferment: biga, poolish, levain or sponge, each with its own flour share, hydration, time and temperature. • A yeast recommendation that follows your fermentation hours, room or fridge temperature, and converts between instant, dry and fresh yeast or a sourdough starter. • Style presets to start from, with every value still yours to edit. A SCHEDULE YOU CAN FOLLOW • A step-by-step timeline from mixing to preheat, planned around the time you want to be ready. • Add your own proofing steps — coil folds, a second rest, whatever your routine needs. • A reminder on any step, so a long cold ferment never gets away from you.
