Your cellar collects wine. This app collects nothing — zero data collection. 800,000+ labels and real drinking windows tell you the right moment to pull each cork. Cuvée is not another bottle list. It answers the question that matters: when should you open each bottle? And it does so while collecting zero data about you — no tracking, no analytics, "Data Not Collected" on the App Store privacy label. Real drinking windows. A proprietary catalog of 800,000+ labels carries thousands of real aging windows — from producer technical sheets to statistical aggregates of tasting guides. Cuvée tells you if a bottle is still waiting, at its peak, or slipping past it. When it doesn't know, it says so instead of guessing. A cellar organized in seconds. Point the camera at a label and the scanner finds the wine in the catalog; pick the vintage and that year's facts — critic scores, alcohol — come along. Bottle photo, cellar position, quantity, price paid. The aging Radar. Get notified when a bottle enters its window or starts leaving it. No consumption mechanics: Cuvée never nudges you to drink more — only to drink at the right time. Blind tastings and memory. Host blind tastings with friends, score wines from 50 to 100, compare with the critics, and keep the story of every bottle you've opened. Privacy, actually. No account, no sign-up, no usage analytics. Your data lives in your personal iCloud, encrypted by Apple, and never touches a server of ours — we don't have one. iCloud sync is free for everyone and never requires a subscription.
