I wanted a way to keep track of what I was watching, and to look back at the end of the year and remember what I thought of it. I couldn't find one I liked, so I built this.
At heart, Seasons does two things.
IT KEEPS TRACK
Add any show. Mark each season as watchlist, watching, watched or dropped, and keep a bookmark of the episode you stopped on. It shows you what's aired and waiting, what comes back this month, and — unlike most trackers — the difference between being behind on a show and being caught up. Rewatches get their own entry, so watching something again doesn't erase the first time.
IT REMEMBERS WHAT YOU THOUGHT
Rate each season out of 10 and write a note if you have one. The season is the right thing to rate: a whole show is too big to be one number, and an episode is too small to bother with. Rate season by season and you get the shape of a show — which ones climbed, which fell off, which stuck the landing.
AND IT GIVES YOU THE STATS
Whenever you want them, or all at once in December:
- Seasons, episodes, hours and shows, this month and this year
- How your pace compares to the same point last year
- Every rating you gave, and which one you reach for most
- Best season and best show, kept as separate awards
- Which shows got better, which fell off
- Biggest show, biggest drop between two seasons, the one you waited longest to watch
- Hours you got back by dropping things
Monthly and yearly recaps pull it together: what you finished, what you rated it, and what you said about it at the time.

Coming from TV Time or Trakt? Import your data export and years of watching arrive season by season, with the dates you watched them — so your recaps for past years fill in too. Anything you've already logged here is left alone.
SHARE IT
Turn a season's rating, a show's whole run — first season to last — or your month or year into a card sized for Instagram Stories.
TALK ABOUT IT, WITHOUT SPOILERS
An optional community: one thread a week for what everyone's watching, and a place for each season while it's on air. Every post carries how far its author had watched, and anything past where you are stays hidden until you tap it. Reading needs no account; posting needs Sign in with Apple or Google.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your diary lives on your phone and in your own private iCloud, where no one else can see it — including me. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share your ratings with the community, and turning that off removes them. No ads, no tracking, no analytics.
