GolGrid 1.23 — Skip in duels, return to unfinished matches, and a trophy data fix - "Skip" arrives in duels. You can pass a round you don't know and move on to the next one; the round closes without points and the match keeps flowing. This came from a player's store review. - You can return to an unfinished match. Closing the screen no longer forfeits the game. On iPhone the edge swipe gesture used to drop you out of a match silently: the screen closed but the match did not, your clock ran down and the turn passed to your opponent — so you lost on time in a match you could not get back to. The gesture is now caught and you are asked before leaving. - Trophy data is fixed. Champions League, World Cup and Euro winners were missing; a player reported it through Marco Asensio. Champions League winners went from 135 to 1,097, World Cup from 70 to 213, and Euro from 42 to 192. Cells asking for a trophy winner now accept the right players. - The streak repair offer now appears once a day. The window used to reopen every time you returned to the main menu. The decline button also says what it does now: "Lose Streak". - Closing a rewarded ad early no longer costs you the round. Dismissing the ad by accident used to end your day in Daily Grid, and since Daily Grid is played once a day there was no way back. The offer now stays open so you can try again. - Daily Grid, online matches and duels now require an internet connection. This fixes a real defect: a Daily Grid played offline never reached the server, so you finished your day but never appeared in the standings — with no warning at all. Practice Grid, Tic-Tac-Toe, Impostor, Career and Who Is? continue to work offline. - Fixed a crash. The app could close when two players made a move at the same time in an online match, during quick matchmaking, and when trying a nickname that was already taken. - Stability and infrastructure improvements. GolGrid 1.22 — a much bigger player pool and accuracy fixes - The player data has been rebuilt. The pool is now 35,065 players, 4,443 clubs and 24 leagues, with thousands of new player photos. 20,110 missing club links were added. In practice: the squares where you knew someone had played there are far more likely to be accepted now. - Squares that marked your correct answer wrong are fixed. The career scan added the club but only sometimes recorded the league; missing league tags have been filled in for 4,903 players (6,770 tags). You will notice it most on league-by-league squares. - Player names have been audited. All 35,065 names were compared against the source, corrupted entries were cleaned up and players shown under the wrong name were corrected (Marius Sumudica, for example, was listed under his middle name). Players known by a single name, like Zico, can now be found by the name people actually search for. - The hardest tier is now called "Impossible". The Japanese, Scottish and Austrian leagues were also removed from that tier's pool on recognisability grounds — they no longer appear as row headings or as answers. - 12 new badges, and a banner drops in the moment you earn one. Achievements used to be visible only on the profile screen, with nothing happening at the moment you unlocked them. The new tiers give long-term goals: 500 games, 100 wins, a 50-day streak, playing every mode. - Sideways swiping now works both ways. You could swipe from the home screen to Profile or Cups, but not back; now you return the same way you came. - Transitions between screens are smoother. Entering a game mode opens with depth, Profile and Cups slide in as the pages either side of the home screen, and information screens arrive with a short slide. The motion tells you where you went. - Long text is no longer cut off. Some buttons and option strips had a fixed height, so when the label wrapped to a second line that line was clipped ("Vs. Bot" was showing half-height on some phones). On narrow screens and with larger text sizes the box now grows instead. - In Impostor, while typing names, the keyboard's "Next" key jumps to the next player, so an eight-player setup no longer means closing the keyboard and tapping the box below after every name. - When you offer a draw against the bot, the answer no longer comes back instantly; the bot now takes a few seconds to "think". - Stability and infrastructure improvements. GolGrid 1.21 — a new home screen, sound, and fixes - The home screen has been reorganized. The game modes are now four color-coded boxes — Tic-Tac-Toe, Player Guess, Nation & Club and With Friends; tap one and that group's games slide up in a panel. The daily puzzle stays pinned at the top and your cup standing sits in the header badge. No more scrolling through one long page. - Tic-Tac-Toe now shows you what happened on the board itself. A wrong answer flashes red and shakes the square, a correct one bursts a ring out of it, and the result line under the board is color-coded. That includes your opponent's wrong answers online — until now they were only mentioned in a line of gray text. - English mode names now read "Tic-Tac-Toe" instead of "XOX", which meant nothing outside Turkish. - Sound effects actually play now. The "Sound effects" switch in the menu did nothing on iPhone; you now hear a square being filled, a win, and every tap. If you are playing your own music it keeps going — the effects sit on top. - Added a daily reminder. An evening notification nudges you to solve the puzzle, and it stays quiet on days you have already played. Permission is asked the first time you finish a daily grid. - Online matches now have draw offers and resignation. In all three online modes (Tic-Tac-Toe, Nation-Club, Club-Club) you can offer a draw from under the board; if your opponent accepts, the match ends level. Resigning asks for confirmation, because it cannot be undone. - Your score can no longer go negative. Slow rounds with lots of wrong guesses could show things like -2300; the floor is now 0. Practice Grid included. - In Tic-Tac-Toe, when neither side can win any more the match ends in a draw right there. No waiting for the leftover squares, no questions that cannot change the result. Same rule against the bot and online. - The leaderboard now has a back button at the top, and you can swipe sideways to switch tabs on the cup standings and the daily leaderboard. You used to have to scroll all the way down to get out. - The banner ad is smaller, leaving more room for the board. - Buttons that looked like they did nothing now tell you what happened. - Yesterday's Answers only claims "most picked" when there is enough data. - Backing out halfway through deleting your account no longer costs you your nickname. - The player data has been refreshed. Summer transfers are in, 587 players' club histories grew, and 60 broken records that marked correct answers wrong are gone. - Stability improvements. Enjoy the game!

GolGrid 1.20 — fixes - The language button now works instantly: pick EN or TR from the menu and the app switches on the spot. - The round that won a duel closed before showing the answer. Now the final round reveals the player who scored it, photo and all. - The cup badge could say it failed to save even when your cups were saved. They always counted — now the badge tells the truth. - Steadier leaderboards: rows no longer shift around when the list refreshes. Enjoy the game!
