The number you see in Pasha Dollar is the number as the market published it, and it always carries the minute it was observed, in Baghdad time — so you know before anything else: is this this minute's rate, or a rate the market closed on yesterday?
Rates for Baghdad, Erbil and Sulaymaniyah update the moment the market moves; rates for the other provinces are derived from the nearest reference market. Districts that are not listed usually sit between 100 and 400 dinars away from Baghdad or Erbil.

HOME SCREEN AND LOCK SCREEN
A native widget in four sizes: two for the home screen, two for the lock screen. The medium size gathers Baghdad, Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and the gold mithqal in one glance. The time printed on it is when the rate was observed, Baghdad time — not when the widget last refreshed.
ALERTS WHEN THE MARKET MOVES
• Pick the provinces you care about, and add gold, toman or lira.
• Three sensitivity levels: every move, large moves only, or rare moves only.
• Price targets: "tell me when the dollar reaches X" — it alerts once, then clears itself.
• A morning digest, an evening digest, and the week in rates on Friday morning.
• A test button that sends an alert right now, so you know the path to your phone works.
• Notification sounds to choose from in Settings.
And not every number earns an alert: a rate can be corrected seconds after it appears, so the app waits for the news to settle before sending — one correct alert instead of two contradictory ones a minute apart.
A QUIET NIGHT
The markets close before sunset, so the app goes quiet after the market closes until the next morning, and Friday is quiet all day. During those hours the last closing rate stays on screen with a small moon beside it, saying plainly that the number is frozen. We never fake movement that did not happen.

No account, no registration, no phone number. We do not collect your name or your location (beyond an anonymous count of countries), and there are no ads and no third-party trackers or analytics. Your choices stay on your device, except the interface language sent with the anonymous usage count.
