Version 1.3.1 • Suggested templates now appear first in the Mail picker • Clearer that Boilerplate Mail is a Mail extension — turn it on in Mail → Settings → Extensions • A one-time, optional request to rate the app after you've used it a few times • Smoother App Store submissions and small fixes

Version 1.3 is the biggest update yet. NEW • Snippets — write a signature or common paragraph once, reuse it everywhere with {snippet:name} • Kits — group templates that always go together and insert them as one • Team Library — link a shared .json file so your whole team stays in sync • Find & Replace across every template, with Recently Deleted as a safety net • Pick-list placeholders like {priority|High|Medium|Low}, and your last answers are remembered • Favorites pinned to the top, plus suggested templates inside Mail • Repeat Last Insert (⌃⌥R) and Shortcuts/Siri actions • Back Up Now and Restore, a welcome guide, and info buttons throughout

Improved usability and help information throughout the extension

Quick Insert now ranks results by relevance and how often you actually use each template, with a live preview and full keyboard navigation. Manage Templates can sort by Name or Most Used. New: conditional placeholders — wrap text in {if:token}...{/if} to include it only when that field has a value. New: smarter auto-fill placeholders like {3 business days from now}. Set different default values per Mail account (e.g. a different signature for work vs. personal). Export and import your template library as a file — handy for sharing or backing up. Attachments now sync across your Macs via iCloud, along with your templates. Various under-the-hood stability improvements.
