Download the app for free, login, then activate your 3-day trial. After your trial has ended, upgrade to the In-App Purchase titled "Noesis Premium" to continue using all features in the app. Noesis Premium has two auto-renew subscription options: a monthly option at $7.99/month or a yearly option at $79.99/year. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after the 3-day trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. After that, the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period.
Noesis Library is more than just an exercise library. Each section of this app was created to fill in gaps missing from current exercise libraries and databases. Browse between 3 major categories of content:
Libraries contain the exercise and equipment libraries. The exercise library contains exercises related to: balance & stability, cognitive performance, resistance training, mobility & stretches, speed & agility, tests & protocols, plyometrics & explosive training and yoga. The equipment library houses: exercise equipment, lab & assessment tools, software & digital tools, and sports equipment.
Databases are made to help you quickly reference formulas, constants, sports science abbreviations, exercise related dictionary terms, and graphs and tables all associated with sport and exercise performance. Favorite or hide any content you find irrelevant and don't want to show up in your future searches.
Tools houses: calculators, a conversion tool and a timer tool. The calculators tab allows you to calculate important metrics you may need when coaching or creating workouts, such as RSI, DSI, 1RM, BMI, etc.. Calculators are estimates; they are not medical advice. Check with a qualified professional. The conversions tab allows you to convert between various units associated with mass, length, volume, temperature, speed, time, energy, power, pressure, area, force and torque. Lastly, the timer tab allows you to begin a timer that counts up or you can set a countdown timer.
Our team values feedback greatly. Please visit our "Feedback Hub" in app to provide us with comments or questions and to provide content suggestions. All feedback you send gets sent directly to the developer. Once seen, your individual feedback submissions will show an indicator light depicting if it was seen, pending, implemented, or rejected. We ask you only send one piece of feedback at a time to decrease your chance of rejection.

Ratings & Reviews
Libraries: Kinetic Chain sub filter now supports "Both". Added new subfilter options to Mobility and Stretches and Cognitive/Reaction Drills. Equipment Library now supports "Storage Considerations". Added "History" section to Equipment Library. Added an option for "Supported Attachments" in Exercise Library. Redid the "Kinetic Chain" sub filter options.
Visual Changes: Progressions and Regressions in exercise library now sit in a carousel. Global Search results now flexes results to second rows for visibility. Info buttons now display a "?" instead of an "i". Removed the Constants Database. All Databases now support image and image format for list display in their Database and in See What's New. Added Sign-In Flow for all users: Sign Up, accept terms, 3 questions, start trial. All button lists have been alphabetized.
Bus Fixes: App News now refreshes on app open. Clicking "___ of the Day" no longers opens up that library on close. See What's New containers now places the date on the lower right hand side. Other minor bug and security fixes.
