Quiet: Stop Doomscrolling
Your feed, on a daily limit
Only for iPhone
Free · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
A daily limit that cannot be lifted in the moment it starts to bite. Lower it whenever you like. Raise it once a week, starting the next day. Completely free.
Open the app. There’s your feed. Your stories. Your DMs. Your profile.
What’s gone is Reels.
Quiet loads Instagram the way you already know it and removes the parts built to keep you there. No short-video tab. No Explore page. No suggested accounts wedged between your friends’ posts. Everything else works exactly as it always did.
You log in through Instagram’s own page. Your password never touches us.
A limit that actually holds
Set how much time you want each day. When it’s up, the app closes.
You can change that limit once a week. Not once a day. Not in the moment you want five more minutes. Once a week, made by the version of you who isn’t already scrolling.
That’s the whole idea. Most limits fail because you can lift them the second they get annoying. This one you can’t.
What you’re trading
Quiet runs on Instagram’s mobile site, so pages load a beat slower than the official app, and a few things are limited. If you want every feature Instagram ships, keep using Instagram. If you’d rather see what your friends posted and then put your phone down, this is built for that.
Quiet is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
