Yelobee HR is the employee app for workplaces that run on Yelobee. Clock in, apply for leave, submit claims, read payslips, and keep up with company notices — from your phone.
This app is for employees whose company uses Yelobee. Your HR team sends an invite by WhatsApp, SMS, or QR code. Open the link or scan the code on this device to get started. Access is bound to your phone for extra security.
What you can do
Attendance
Clock in and out, track your day, and complete attendance the way your company sets it up — including location and photo where required.
Leave
Check balances, apply for leave, and see team time off and public holidays.
Claims
Scan a receipt, create a claim, track drafts and approvals, and follow reimbursement in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Payslips
Open current and past payslips, review year-to-date totals, and keep pay details private with an on-screen hide control.
Approvals
Managers can review leave, claims, and overtime waiting for them.
Workplace
Browse colleagues, RSVP to events, see birthdays and work anniversaries, and read HR notices.
Stay informed
Get notifications about leave, claims, payslips, overtime, and company announcements. Unlock the app with your device PIN or biometrics after you set it up.
Need an invite? Ask your HR team to send a mobile app invite from your employee profile. If something does not look right, contact your HR department.
Yelobee HR is built for Malaysian workplaces: MYR amounts, dd/mm/yyyy dates, and Asia/Kuala Lumpur time.
