Missed a session? Rode instead of ran? Shindo counts what you actually did, re-flows the rest of the week, and gives one honest answer each morning: what to do today. Every morning, one honest answer: what to do today. Shindo reads your recovery and training data from Apple Health and computes your readiness on the iPhone itself. Sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and the load you carry become one score — and the four drivers behind it. THE NUMBERS ARE COMPUTED. THE AI WRITES THE WORDS. Every figure comes from a deterministic algorithm on your iPhone: the same input always gives the same answer. Where the AI's wording and the computed numbers disagree, the numbers win. The weekly plan is the one place the AI does more than write: it may propose the week itself. Before you see it, our engine checks that proposal against limits computed from your own data — the ramp cap, the easy-hard balance, your available days, your phase — and publishes its own week if it fails. WHEN LIFE BREAKS THE PLAN Rode instead of ran? Went short because of work? Shindo matches what you did against what was planned, counts the load you absorbed, and re-flows the rest of the block. No guilt-red, no broken streak. WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY WEAR Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and workouts arrive through Apple Health, whatever device wrote them there — a watch, a chest strap, an app you already use. Shindo writes back only the daily totals of the meals you log, and never records workouts or tracks you live. FREE, AND NOT A TEASER • Readiness score and every driver behind it • Today's session: what to do today, and why • The weekly plan our engine builds: phases, the 80/20 split, a capped ramp, session steps • A manual plan editor; reschedule, swap or skip • Plan-to-actual matching: swaps, partials and shifts counted • Workout detail: laps, zones, heart-rate drift, route • Manual food and macro logging against daily targets • All eight home and Lock Screen widgets, all three Live Activity modes, Control Center controls • Rich notifications and push nudges • Apple Health sync • Your most recent 60 days of history. Older days stay on your device but are not shown until you subscribe Depth is free too: critical power and W' for the bike, critical speed and D' for run and swim, Foster monotony and strain, acute-to-chronic workload ratio, grade-adjusted pace, decoupling and durability. Where data is missing, the metric stays empty rather than showing a fake zero. SHINDO PRO Shindo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought in the app. It adds: • The AI morning report: why readiness landed where it did, what it means for today, plus a read-out of your note on how you feel • The AI rebuild of your week, including "make it an easy week", each session explained • A daily meal plan built around your session and your goal • Food logged from a photo, or from one sentence • Correlations across your own data: what actually moves how you feel • Readiness and form forecast, race predictor, VO2max trend, training status • Thresholds and zones from your own history rather than "220 minus age", with energy availability and carb adherence read against your load • Unlimited history: the 60-day window is lifted Nothing in Pro changes how a number is computed — a metric reads the same free or paid. New subscribers start with a seven-day free trial. It is an introductory offer, and eligibility is Apple's decision, per Apple ID and per subscription group — if you have already used a trial in the Shindo Pro group, you will not receive another one. No account, no feed, no leaderboard: one athlete, one iPhone. The coach's wording is generated by an AI service, and only if you switch it on. Shindo is a training tool, not a medical device. Every score, flag and forecast is an estimate computed from wearable data, not a clinical measurement and not a diagnosis. It does not replace professional care and is not for emergencies — check with a doctor before making decisions about your health, training or nutrition. • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

Widget fixes: the Training Load chart draws its two lines separately again, and the Goal widget fills the empty half of the card with your fitness history when no target race is set.
